First-year youkai students Mamekichi Maizuka and Tamao Akisame arrive late on their first day at Hyakki Academy and quickly become friends through their shared talent for trouble. The school is packed with unusual teachers, legendary delinquents, and classmates whose supernatural abilities make ordinary student life impossible. Told from the students’ side of the academy, the spin-off follows Mamekichi, Tamao, and their friends through classes, rivalries, friendships, and the strange adults responsible for teaching them.
