In the heart of a 1920s urban underworld, where sin and decadence coalesce with bloodshed and tragedy, a boy named Sangha ekes out a living with what little family he has left. But his fragile happiness is soon shattered by the same mafia conflict that governs the course of everyday life in this dark corner of the city.
