Everyone in Tatsui-chou―from college students to old ladies―has been hard at work preparing for the Dragon God Festival. But just as the festivities get underway, a sudden storm strikes! Ilsera and Murakami leap to investigate but standing in their way is…none other than the very dragon that’s supposed to be the guardian deity of the town! Can they salvage the festival? Or will two dragons prove to be one too many for Tatsui-chou?
