Dozens of magical Artifacts capable of impossible effects are stolen, and supernatural crimes begin appearing across Tengu City. Kurumi Tokisaki, now a college student working as a magic detective, takes on the cases with her companion Matsurika. Each investigation brings them closer to recovering another Artifact, but solving the individual incidents only makes the identity and purpose of the thief behind them harder to understand.
