Role nickname: Hall Keeper
As the library nears its opening, we are now looking for a cool person who can help run the library three days a week. Even if our space is tiny and can only hold up to 20 people max, I cannot clone myself to be there all the time. Hence, I'm reaching out to invite you on your baito arc.
If you're expecting this job to be an easy-breezy "I'll just read there hehe" situation, please pause the delulu for one second. You will be around a lot of manga, yes, but this is still a real operations/front desk role with actual tasks, responsibilities, cleaning, customer support, and checklists. The reading perk is for off-shift use, subject to house rules.
Information in this page may change while we're not yet accepting applicants. Best to read this page over again by the time you submit your application.
We are looking for someone who can work all three days a week for a total of 23 paid hours/week.
| Wednesday | 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM 7 paid hours + 1 hour unpaid meal break. Includes opening and closing. |

| Friday | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM 8 paid hours + 1 hour unpaid meal break. Includes closing. |
| Sunday | 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM 8 paid hours + 1 hour unpaid meal break. Includes opening. |
₱100/hour during paid training. After successfully completing the training/probation period, the rate increases to ₱150/hour, subject to attendance, reliability, task accuracy, and overall performance.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a short in-person interview and practical situational check at the library. As most of our questions are already answered in the form, this is mainly to confirm communication style, schedule fit, and comfort with front desk/library tasks.
If you pass the interview stage, we will send another email inviting you to visit the library and complete the next steps, including document submission and signing.
Your start date will also be the start of your paid training shift.
We will announce once applications are ready to accept responses. Please do not send your resume, CV, or application through email, chat, social media, or anywhere else. Once applications open, this form will be the only place where responses will be accepted. For questions, kindly send an email at library[at]tankobonbon[dot]com with title Job Posting Inquiry.
