As the gears of fate turn, Kamui draws ever closer to the moment when he must make his inevitable choice: become either humanity’s savior or its scourge. Meanwhile, the members of both sides of the conflict—the Dragons of Heaven and the Dragons of Earth—converge on Tokyo, obeying the call of their intertwined destinies. Among them is Subaru Sumeragi, a powerful magic user, who arrives just in time to help Kamui see the path that he must take.
