Time is of the essence—the agents of chaos known as the Blood Risshidan are trying to carry out a plot to burn down large swaths of Kyoto and bring about an uprising that returns Japan to the old traditional ways of the samurai. The Risshidan members split up to cross the bridges into the city, and it's up to the Miburo to fan out and stop them, one by one! Can the ragtag group of would-be protectors save Kyoto from a fiery fate?!
