Having thwarted Sabame’s plan and ensured the village’s safety, Dororo and Hyakkimaru are back on the road again, only to find yet another village in trouble. Ravaged by a pandemic, the poor villagers are slowly withering away, and drinking from the local watering hole only seems to make things worse. Can the duo unravel the mystery behind the water and free the villagers from a cycle of torment?
