Usato and his friends make their way towards Mialark to deliver another letter. Once delivered, it’ll be the end of a long journey, and Usato will finally be able to visit the Beastlands to help Amako’s mother.
As is always the case for our intrepid healer, however, it’s not going to be quite so simple. Blocking their way to Mialark is Kalon, a man who wields the power of a dragon. Usato and his friends manage to shake him off, but they arrive in Mialark to find it almost entirely empty―only Queen Norn, who is addicted to potions due to the state of her nation, and Leona, a knight who has earned the title of Hero are left.
After Usato hears their story, he learns that he cannot head to the Beastlands until he stops Kalon’s rampage and so decides to obtain new Skills and Weapons.
