Subaru was once Kabukicho’s number-one host, but after a string of failed attempts to build a business of his own, he returns to the district and finds that the nightlife he knew has changed. While trying to rebuild his career, he is approached by Ai, a striking young man whose feminine fashion and unexpected wealth make him an unusual client. Subaru assumes he can manage the encounter like any other customer, only to discover that Ai has his own ideas about their relationship—and may be exactly the disruption Subaru’s stalled life needs.
