A lowly slime finally achieves its dream of becoming human, only to discover that the body it has inherited belongs to Jelly, a noblewoman with a terrible reputation. Revealing that the new “saint” is actually a monster would be dangerous, but living as Jelly means dealing with everyone who already hates her. The slime decides to rebuild the woman’s reputation from the ground up in pursuit of the peaceful, well-fed life it wanted in the first place.
