Black and White are two young boys who move across Treasure Town as though the city belongs to them, surviving by instinct and watching every change in its streets. Their rough freedom is threatened when yakuza-backed developers begin remaking the neighborhood and decide the boys are obstacles. Defending their home turns into a struggle over what Treasure Town will become, while the very different temperaments of Black and White are tested by violence, corruption, and separation.
