Isahaya Ichi and Masaki Makuhito have infiltrated the University of Shukokan Medical Center to save Ichi’s best friend who disappeared years ago. However, they soon discover that Edo Enami isn’t the only secret Shukokan is hiding. Those known as “Insiders” are actually designer babies created through gene manipulation.
Things then take a turn for the worse when campus security suddenly captures Ichi because of an even bigger secret related to the younger Ichi—the girl with the same face. Will the two Ichis be able to escape the fate that Shukokan decided for them even before they were born?
