As the world of the living changes, the world of the dead stays the same. An errand-runner from the afterlife, the Oni child Torasuke, collects souls of humans whose lifespans have come to an end. Even though he’s supposed to be invisible to humans, one day a human named Souma approaches him. Torasuke, who has never been involved with people in the living world, is dragged into mortal affairs when Souma asks him to exterminate a ghost!
