Mizunoe Ume joins his school’s student council hoping the extracurricular work will help him avoid repeating a grade. Instead he discovers that the council is full of eccentric students whose strange habits turn every meeting and school event into chaos, leaving the reluctant new member trapped among people who are much weirder—and more endearing—than expected.
