Every few decades, the town of Hokutochou sends a human to marry one of the fox spirits living on the mountain, and Inaho has always hoped to be chosen. His new husband Subaru welcomes him warmly, but their supernatural marriage is complicated by a curse that makes the fox lord literally hunger for the person he loves. Breaking it becomes essential if the newlyweds are going to have a future together.
