Psycho-Pass: Inspector Shinya Kogami
Before Shinya Kogami became an Enforcer, he served as an Inspector within the Sibyl System, policing a society where mental states are quantified to predict criminal risk. As part of Section 3, Kogami investigates cases whose evidence repeatedly exposes the weaknesses and moral compromises behind supposedly objective judgment. The prequel follows the detective work and choices that gradually shape the man he will later become.
