Investigator Asako belongs to a special unit where his supernatural sensitivity to a murder victim’s final thoughts can reproduce traces of their injuries on his own body. He works beside reserved superintendent Kuroiwa, using that dangerous ability to solve cases ordinary police methods cannot reach.
