Kyoichi Otomo’s wife hires private investigator Wataru Imagase to find proof of her husband’s affairs, unaware that Imagase has carried feelings for Kyoichi since college. Imagase uses what he discovers to pressure Kyoichi into a private arrangement instead of reporting everything immediately.
