Confident Fujino and withdrawn Kyomoto seem completely different until their shared love of drawing manga brings them together. The two girls inspire each other to improve, collaborate, and imagine a future as artists, but growing up also exposes how fragile that shared path can be and how deeply creative work can bind one person’s life to another’s.
