A flowerfolk hairstylist is briefly courted and then abruptly rejected by a dragon knight, convincing her to abandon romance and devote herself to serving a human princess. That plan collapses when the princess travels to dragon country to marry its prince and brings her hairstylist along. Now living in the same castle as the man who broke her heart, she must build a new life while discovering that the failed romance may not have been as simple as it seemed.
