Emuko is a woman in her twenties who has never dated and shares her home with Uni, a unicorn whose species is naturally drawn to people with little romantic experience. Uni is perfectly happy with their current arrangement, while Emuko increasingly wonders what it would be like to pursue a relationship of her own. Their interspecies friendship becomes complicated when the unicorn’s attachment and Emuko’s curiosity about romance begin pulling their shared life in different directions.
