Reservation Notes:

• Your table is reserved for you as we wait for your arrival for 10 minutes. If you're late after 10 minutes without notice, we'll release your reservation for walk-ins.
• All guests must surrender their IDs (school or government-issued) at the counter.
• Guests age 15 or below are not allowed to enter the lounge alone; they must be accompanied with a guest that is 16 of age or older.
• If you receive a free 1-hour coupon from the soft opening, that is not valid for use if you reserved a table--it's a walk-in coupon only.
• Our restroom requires a key. If you need to, please ask the counter.
• The lounge has wifi (it's not that fast, though), which you can scan at the counter.
• There are no outlets, but we have powerbanks you can borrow (subject to availability).
• You will pay the entrance fee at the counter before you leave.
• Do not bring food, drinks, or books not bought from Tankobonbon on the day of your reservation.
• The lounge follows CLAYGO (Clean As You Go), meaning you will clean up after yourself. Kindly return the books correctly or place them in the Return Box and ensure your space is clean and tidy for the following reserved guest.
• Photos and videos are allowed, but please respect other people's privacy.
• Please do not abuse the overall lounge system; we might have to be stricter and remove/avoid some features. Let's not ruin the fun for everyone, okay?

Policies

• Reservation Confirmation: Upon submitting a reservation, you will receive a "Request Received" email. Once we confirm your reservation, you will then receive a "Reservation Confirmed" email.
• Quiet Day: TUESDAYS are quiet days. This means that if you're coming or reserving on a Tuesday, we expect less chatter and more reading. Treat the lounge as a library where you just sit back and read. SHHHHH don't be noisy! 🤫
• Booking Policy: You can make advance bookings up to 60 days from today. Same-day reservations cut-off are every 9am.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made before 10 am of your reservation day.
• Holding Policy: We will hold your reservation 10 minutes after your designated arrival time. If your table remains unoccupied, we'll release it for walk-ins unless someone after you are reserved.
